Reply to the user's message and use the command /ban to remove the user from the group. If a user is banned by mistake, use /unban @{username} to allow them access again.
Reply to the user's message and use the command /mute to restrict the user in the group. If a user is forgiven/muted by mistake, use /unmute @{username} to allow them to speak again.
To give a warning, reply to the user's message and use the command /warn to warn the user in the group. If a user recieves x3 warnings they will be automatically banned. If a user is forgiven/warned by mistake, use /removewarn @{username} to remove the warning.
The community can also help keep the group chat clean by reporting spam or fud. To report, reply to the user's message and use the command /report. The admins can then decide to warn, mute or ban the user based on the content of their messages.
