Pineapple Express and Pineapple Seed are the incubation and launchpad arm of the Pineapple ecosystem. Both serve the same core purpose: supporting founders to launch projects and tokens successfully — providing structure, tooling, community access, and strategic support to early-stage teams bringing new ideas to market.

This part of the ecosystem is currently paused. Market conditions have not been favourable for new project launches, and the team made the deliberate decision not to operate in conditions that would not serve founders or the community well. The infrastructure remains intact.

When market conditions improve, Express and Seed will return as an active and meaningful revenue driver for the Pineapple ecosystem. In preparation, the team is building AI-powered tools that allow founders to create, structure, and launch projects with the kind of support and quality that previously required a much larger team. These tools, developed internally, will form the foundation of the next generation of Express and Seed — making the relaunch faster, leaner, and more impactful than what came before.
